Direkt am Strand mit Meerblick vom Balkon

Schönes einfach eingerichtetes Appartment, ausreichend groß für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Raum unter dem Dach mit zwei Einzelbetten ist recht niedrig und ist offen zum Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch für 4 Personen. Die offene Küchenzeile ist komplett eingerichtet mit kleinem Ofen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist ideal fußläufig zum Strand und zum Ortskern mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wie erwartet!

Die Location ist nicht zu toppen. Seit einigen Jahren sind wir in Lacanau, die Damen am Strand und jene welche die Sonne nicht anbeten im Medoc oder auf dem großzügigen Balkon mit Markise. Frisch gestrichen und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Leider ohne ein Dachfenster für eine gute Belüftung für die zwei Einzelbetten in der oberen Etage. Das Bad ist leider der Schwachpunkt . Die Dusche war leider so mir Schimmel behaftet, dass unsere Tochter einen Asthmaanfall hatte und in das Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden musste. Dies ist der einzige Schwachpunkt dieser Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn die Dusche erneuert wird. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent choix

Appartement idéalement situé, aménagé de manière simple mais très fonctionnel. La proximité de la plage, des petits commerces et d'un petit supermarché à 500 mètres permet de tout faire à pied. Accueil de l'agence très agréable. Ajoutez le soleil et le tout a fait des vacances de cette dernière semaine d'août une vraie réussite. A recommander. Une possibilité de partir sans avoir recours au forfait ménage en mettant en place une caution ménage particulière en cas de constat negatif apres le départ des vacanciers. Mais peut être difficile à mettre en place en période haute.

Tutto perfetto, la casa era in una posizione fantastica, vicina all'oceano e anche al centro città. Bellissimo l'affaccio con vista sull'oceano.
