Located in a cul-de-sac, on a plot of 1000m2 not overlooked, the property is fully fenced for the safety of your young children.
The beach is 4km away by the cycle path, in front of the forest, close to the centre, shops and activities (Surfing, Robinson Park, Aquatic Landes, Zoo, Skate-park, Pump-track, Thalasso Dunéo)
Half an hour from Spain and the Basque hinterland.

Très belle maison qui correspond en tout point à l’annonce. Piscine très agréable, maison bien agencée. Nous sommes venus 2 adultes et 5 enfants, chacun a pu trouver sa place facilement. Idéalement située pour profiter des plages toutes proches et de la région. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui ont su se montrer réactifs. Séjour parfait !

On a adoré ces quelques jours passés ici, dans cette magnifique maison très propre et fonctionnelle. L hébergement correspond parfaitement à la description, une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine, très calme idéal pour se reposer en famille tout en profitant du soleil. La localisation était appreciable également au regard de sa proximité des plages et des commerces.
Sans oublier les propriétaires forts sympathiques, se souciant du bien-être de ses clients, on a manqué de rien, je conseil cette endroit tout était parfait. Nous remercions encore les propriétaires pour leurs délicates attentions à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour.

L'accueil par Christophe et Sophie est parfait ! Ils sont disponibles et nous ont conseillé sur les activités, les services... La propriété est dans un quartier calme, elle est bien équipée, la piscine est parfaite, bref tout pour passer un très bon séjour dans une magnifique région !

Très bonnes vacances
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados) dans la maison de Christophe. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Labenne est idéalement située sur la côte permettant de profiter des fantastiques plages des Landes (accessibles en vélo) et aussi de visiter le Pays Basque français et espagnol. La propriété est située dans une voie sans issue, et le long du jardin passe la route qui mène à plage. Une petite porte permet de sortir directement. Très pratique pour se rendre à Labenne Ocean en vélo.La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraichir après une journée de visite en cette période de fortes chaleurs. Christophe et son épouse sont très accueillants et ouverts. Petit plus pour les familles : Nos garçons ont beaucoup apprécié le panneau de basket, ballons, livres, BDs et autres jouets laissés à disposition !
