It is strange that this guest judges the accommodation he rented only with the sentence "Nice chalet, meets expectations". The actual assessment rested on the fact that the tenants did not follow the specifications and used the neighbor's dock. My guests are instructed which dock belongs to Chalet Le Grizzly. This is located about 20 meters away; a distance that is tolerable. We as hosts are not responsible for the circumstances described by the tenant. If guests feel harassed by strangers, the situation can only be regulated by an intervention of the police. It is important for us that our guests feel comfortable and we do our best to support them before and during their stay. However, it is not possible for us to resolve every situation.

It is surprising that the customer does not give a reason why he does not recommend the accommodation. On other rental portals we receive mostly positive feedback. It is a pity that the guest did not contact us during the stay. Maybe we could have found out what he does not like and could have made adjustments.
