About this property
Lakefront home with sauna and hot tub

Good to know • Cell signal is weak here: turn on wifi calling before you head up. There`s also a landline for emergencies. • The water comes from the lake and goes through our treatment system, and it`s tested twice a year. It`s perfectly safe to drink. Because it comes from nature, it can sometimes have a slight yellow tint; that`s normal and doesn`t mean it isn`t clean. • Coffee: a Keurig and a filter coffee maker. • Pets are welcome. • Life in nature: depending on the season you may meet a few Asian ladybugs, have a short power cut during a storm, or find a balcony only partly cleared of snow in winter. It`s part of the charm, and someone local is always a call away. • This is a quiet place: no parties, no music outside. There are security cameras outside only, and a NoiseAware sensor that measures sound levels without recording anything.
Québec registration number (CITQ): 300318 • No parties or events. • No music outside; inside, keep it low enough that it can`t be heard from outdoors. • Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No shouting outside, especially by the lake. • No fireworks or firecrackers on the property. • No smoking or vaping inside. • The chalet has a NoiseAware noise sensor (no recording) and security cameras outside only. Tampering with the sensor or repeated noise complaints: CAD 200 fee. • Only toilet paper in the toilets. • Hot items never directly on wood, counters or tables. • No confetti, and please leave the furniture where it is. • Bath towels stay inside; please bring beach towels for the lake. • Hot tub: cover on and temperature back to 98°F after use; no food or glass around it. • Propane valve closed after each use of the BBQ. • Extra fees may apply for damaged towels or bedding, a hot tub that needs draining, or a chalet that needs much more cleaning than usual. • Pets welcome: off the beds and couches, supervised outside, picked up after. • No outdoor shoes inside the house. • Sauna power switch (gym panel) off after use. • Hot tub: 5 to 6 people at most.

This amazing lake chalet was perfect for our large family reunion. The home is wonderfully comfortable with perfect spaces for gathering, playing, relaxing, sleeping and enjoying each other's company. Lake views are beautiful! Amenities aplenty...... the hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, gym, pool table, games, large deck, puzzle table, kayaks, canoe and dock- so much to do - very entertaining! A well-stocked kitchen and grilling area allowed us to easily prepare and share meals with all family gathered around. The home was clean and as advertised. The home's proximity to biking, kayaking, golf, hiking, Mont Tremblant and everything this area has to offer helped us create wonderful memories. This home exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again.
