The property was really clean, spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. Great size pool and lots to do in the area. It has very effective air con so even on hot days the house was cool. I definitely recommend.

Belle maison pour vacances agréables

Une belle maison bien agencée (espace nuit en bas et espace de vie en haut, mais donnant de plein pied sur la piscine et le jardin). Bonnes proportions des pièces et bien entretenu avec le nécessaire. Grande piscine agréable aussi bien pour les grands que les petits. Cuisine d'été et espace pour manger dehors très agréable et qui reste "frais" même pendant les grosses chaleurs. Le seul point négatif : il manque un peu de nécessaire de cuisine, mais il y a des alternatives disponibles..

Enorm goed huis gelegen in een prachtige streek, maar niet te doen met kleinere kinderen. Diepe kloven tussen rotsen in een open tuin, hoge trappen van terras naar zwembad zonder een omheining of afscheiding. Zonder kinderen zou ik direct terug keren naar dit huis. Heeft alles wat je wil op vakantie.

Sehr schön und noch etwas ausbaufähig

Das Haus liegt phantastisch mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Ruoms und die Berge. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und das ganze Gelände darum echt schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist modern, jedoch etwas lieblos und es fehlt an einigen nützlichen Dingen. Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche an der Ardeche, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle gut erreichbar.

On a passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison neuve et sa piscine... elle est très bien située pour visiter les gorges de l'Ardèche et pour être au calme quand on rentre... Les propriétaires sont très agréables et sérieux On reviendra volontiers... 😁👍
