We enjoyed our location of the hotel to the attractions we went to. The area the hotel was located was PERFECT! Breakfast selection was one of the best experiences at a hotel I’ve had staff during breakfast was super sweet.

Super friendly staff, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Far enough away from town but close enough to anything you need. Working in multiple cities in the area but chose to drive a bit further just to stay here instead of changing hotels for something not as nice.

The hotel is off the interstate in an area with just fast food and gas stations. The room we had was like a little apartment and was very nice, modern and clean. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in LaPlace for any reason.

Great staff at this hotel. From the front desk ladies checking me in and out to the sweetest breakfast woman that insisted on making my son his waffle (he’s 19!) right down to the cleaning staff that made sure we were not disturbed and had whatever we needed. Working overnights and sleeping during the day, this was important. Loved our stay here!

Convenient and safe location. 30 minutes from the Superdome. A couple food options close by. Arrived and their system was down but the young man working the desk was very nice and got us in our room quickly. The room was very clean and already nice and cool. AC worked great. Tv had Netflix capabilities. We had a king suite with sofa bed and kitchenette. The pullout was not great, but the king bed was super comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. Lots of kitchen accessories included. Bathroom was good with a walk in shower and provided toiletries. Our view of the pool was great and while we didn’t swim - the pool itself looked very nice. Breakfast buffet was milk, juice, coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs, quiche, assorted pastries, cereal, and a waffle maker. Food wasn’t bad for it to be free. The only con really was one elevator was broken and the other was very slow. Had the hotel been fully booked it would’ve taken a long time getting up and down. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the check-in. I had just been driving for 15 hours and was very ready to be settled in. Unfortunately, the gal at the front desk was more interested in counting her cash drawer before she even acknowledged my existence. Other than that, everything was great.

Who paints a tile floor?

The place is nice and the room was clean. What I didn't like was the tile floor in the bathroom was painted over and the paint was tacky so if you stood in one place too long it would stick to your feet and peel off as you walked away. Half the paint is missing due to this. I don't know what painting the floor was a fix for but whomever did it went the cheap route and failed. Peeling the paint chips off your feet isn't fun.
