"Our family had an excellent stay at this home. It's very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We ate most of our meals in, so it was nice to have everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood has a residential feel with very little thru traffic. Rainbow beach is an easy walk away and the backpack beach chairs the rental provided made days at the beach very relaxing. We also spent a lot of time on the large, covered veranda. Communication with our host was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to family and friends!"

"To say that this property was fantastic is an understatement. Not only was it large, well-appointed and extremely comfortable,but the balcony/veranda was wonderful, with a magnificent view of Frederiksted and the Caribbean. We spent a lot of time just relaxing out there, including all our at-home meals, treated to views of the surrounding countryside and wildlife such as egrets, hummingbirds and hawks. Robin and Michael are very responsive hosts as well as fine people, and we felt we made two new friends. Had we been able to do so, we'd still be there. We can't recommend Carmen's Rest highly enough."
"The property was clean and as described with recently updated bathrooms. The air conditioning was a great thing to come back to after exploring. Right in the middle of the action- it was the perfect place to be near the Christmas Festival, shopping, and the pier. The neighborhood felt safe and local nightlife is nearby. Super convenient! "This estate was absolutely perfect for our family. Set back with lots of privacy, but only a short drive to everything. Minutes to airport, grocery store, and Frederiksted. Less than 20 minutes to Christiansted. Conrad met us at the airport and guided us to the home. He was gracious and gave us local insight. Laurel was awesome and quiet to respond to our questions.
