"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "

"Good, comfy room. Service was great. Hallway smelled little bit like urine? but all in all, good. The distance to Strasbourg Central was ~20 mins from Lingosheim (hotel location was ~10 min walk from the station). Used the CTS app and was 1,90€ single ride each way. Don’t use SNCF app while in Strasbourg, too expensive for single way compared to CTS (local transportation app for Strasbourg)."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. Not sure I would stay here again. "
