The house is equipped with an alarm system that will not be active during your stay (the small round on the detectors are not cameras but the motion detection system). Caches will be set up during your stay for a serene stay.

The swimming pool, deckchairs, parasol, small outdoor lounge are wintered from October to the end of April.

⚠️ House rules:
➡️ Please do not take any objects from the house with you when you go out (dishes, tablecloths, cutlery, etc.)
➡️ Completely non-smoking accommodation. Outside, ashtrays are available: do not throw your cigarette butts on the floor. The risk of fire is high in the area.
➡️ Pets not allowed
➡️ Parties and noisy events strictly prohibited. In case of nuisance, the authorities will be contacted immediately. Fireworks in summer and winter are prohibited due to the risk of fire.
➡️ The music must remain at a reasonable volume, especially when you are outside. Think of our neighbours who live here all year round in order to preserve the peace and quiet of all.
➡️ Remember to close the shutters and windows every morning to limit the heat inside
➡️ When you go out, please close your shutters, parasol, awning (⚠️ beware of the mistral), turn off the air conditioning and lock the house
➡️ Barbecues are not allowed due to the risk of fire, however you have at your disposal a gas plancha to grill safely.
➡️ Toilets: please do not throw sanitary napkins or tampons. Use the bin provided for this purpose.
➡️ Waste management:
- Inside: a bin for household waste.
- In front of the entrance: a bin for glass, another for selective sorting (⚠️ do not put food scraps in it because of ants!).

In the village, you can visit Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, the Chapelle Saint-Roch and the Château de la Verdière.
