"Great staff, rooms were clean and overall a great experience!"

"We stayed in a suite, the suites are small. All the activities and the pool were packed, it was not enjoyable at all. We had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. It took over 1/2 hr to get our food. We didn't order anything complicated. A salad, nachos, 2 kids meals . Once it came, it was not very good ,you could tell it was left under the heat lamp for too long. Would not go back."

"Mauvaise expérience. En arrivant en face de l'hôtel, plein de nid de poule afin de se frayer un chemin pour un stationnement temporaire plein a craquer. l'hôtel possède 3 petit ascenseur TRES lent avec un maximum de 5 personnes a l'intérieur. Cela occasionne une attente parfois très longue. On décide de prendre l'escalier pour découvrir un escalier recouvert de tapis très sale, parfois déchiré et par moment complètement arraché. Notre chambre est situé a coté de l'ascenseur (quel malheur). Nous avons aussi de charmant voisin qui décide de parler dans le corridor jusqu'à 23h30 le premier soir. Même après trois tentative infructueuse d'appel a la réception , ils disent qu'il vont aller voir mais il n'en est rien. Pierre de la réception me répond et son ton de voix m'indique qu'il sen fout carrément. Deuxième soir, le même cirque se répète mais cette fois ci le personnel est un peu plus reactif grace a la superviseure. L'hotel acceuille des equipe de hockey mineur ainsi que leur parents armé de leur pick up. On a le droit a un mélange d'enfant roi et de parent qui parlent tres fort"

"Love the Double Tree by Hilton and I am happy they still give a warm cookie at arrival. So delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed my breakfast and found the prices very reasonable. The only complaint I have is the phone that was not working and one of the light was not lighting. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful and they didn’t send anyone to check. Overall good place and I would recommend it"
