"Staff"

"The good. Only 6 units so it kept a nice mellow vibe for our 6 night stay. They planted numerous palm trees along the oceanfront providing shade and a tropical scene. It's dog friendly, which has its pros and cons, but we enjoyed it. Cons. It may be just me. But I felt venerable. The doors to the units are closed with a wood latch. The 2 staff that handle the room cleaning and ground are gone by early afternoon and the young lady living in the front seemed gone a lot. Virtually no security.. In a village/ small town with no bank cash is king. So leaving cash,passport, credit card and phone behind a wood latch takes a leap of faith when you go for hours of beach walking and play in the waves. I also got chewed up by bugs. Which I know can happen anywhere in the tropics. The rooms are fun but not designed to keep much out. "

"The resort was a bit tired, but quite nice. Unfortunately the location is very isolated on a dirt road with a feeling of not being safe. Additionally the resort did not accept credit cards so I struggled to collect enough cash to pay them. Expedia did not list that on the booking."

"Great place to stay in Saladita! We had Alicia cook us dinner the first night and we arrived late, she was very accommodating, and the food was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool! Close walking distance to the main beach/restaurants. "

"This is our second time in this beautiful house on the ocean. The views are stellar with whales playfully splashing on the horizon. Our teens love the ping pong table, pool, and proximity to the beach. The house is just enough out of town to be private but an easy walk to amenities. "

"Property managers Cinthia and Romero were super and very accommodating. Property owner, was very communicative and helpful in all regards. We loved the location and were able to get around in foot and an occasional taxi. It was very quiet and not at full capacity when we were there and we had a relaxing stay. "
