"Our recent stay at the Besos de Sal boutique hotel in Colan was a disappointing experience that left a very bad taste and ruined our vacation. The staff member who checked us in offered us services to get drinks and other necessities from the shops as they weren't located close by. We requested a large bottle of water, a bag of plantain chips and a bottle of wine to be delivered prior to sunset that evening. Even after 4+ hours and past sunset we had not received our order despite multiple...
