It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three shower rooms and one bathroom with a bathtub. This house offers a large 80 m² south-west facing terrace overlooking La Turballe, as well as a garden of approximately 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, TV with 35 channels, card games. - A 70 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, large bay window and access to the terrace
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, as well as a second area with a fridge
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (queen-size bed 160x200), offering direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Two separate toilets

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190) and a bunk bed
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190)
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) with private bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Bedroom 6: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190) and a single bed
- A mezzanine with a desk area
