Large family house of more than 250 m2 feet in the water. Access to the sea and the beach by a staircase at the end of the garden.
Ground floor: Entrance, dining / living room with fireplace, veranda / living room, kitchen, WC, a double bedroom and its shower room, a child's bedroom and a TV lounge, another twin bedroom on the sea side with sink.
Upstairs: mezzanine serving two double bedrooms including a sea view with sink and a twin bedroom, bathroom, separate wc.
By independent staircase on the side of the house, a double room with sea view with sink and bidet, a single room with sink.
Outside, a shower and a separate toilet. a room serving as storage of garden furniture, gas plancha, barbecue.
In the garden, teak lounge chairs, braided pvc garden furniture, teak table and chairs for 12 people. several additional chairs, parasol, round table.

Une villa familiale dans son jus, avec toutes les commodités et avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et un accès direct à la plage , elle était parfaite pour nos retrouvailles annuelles entre amis . Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end. Merci Florence et Isabelle pour votre accueil.

Charmante maison pour séjours en groupe

Cette maison est idéale pour un séjour en groupe grâce à sa capacité d'accueil. Son emplacement au bord de la mer est un véritable atout et ajoute beaucoup de charme à la location. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs, ce qui est très appréciable.Cependant, il est important de noter que l'isolation n'est pas optimale, ce qui la rend plus adaptée à des séjours estivaux. De plus, la cuisine est plutôt petite et équipée de manière basique, donc ne prévoyez pas de cuisiner des repas élaborés pour un grand groupe.

Endroit magnifique !

Avons passé un séjour entre amis (9 personnes) dans un lieu atypique car ancien et authentique devant un superbe paysage reposant, maison qui possède une âme. Chacun a pu trouver sa place bien appréciée. Un petit bémol pour la cuisine pas très fonctionnelle et un peu fouillie. N avons pas eu de contact avec la propriétaire mais avec la charmante Isabelle qui nous a accueillis avec sourire et gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si possible.

Les pieds dans l'eau sous le soleil

De beaux espaces dans cette ancienne maison où chacun a trouvé sa place (nous étions 13 dont 5 enfants.). située au bord de l'eau,et tout près des commerces de base(boulanger,hale, supérette).on oublie la voiture.Et la vie trépidante..Vacances.

Si vous aimez l'ancien et attachez de l'importance à la qualité du patrimoine, vous serez séduit par le charme de cette villa. Ajoutez à cela un accès direct sur la plage, la vue sur l'île d'Oléron et le spectacle des couchers de soleil.

Groupe d amis quinquagénaires

Très belle propriété, bien située proche des commerces divers, mais qui a vieillie (cafetière(1h pour faire une cafetière) lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur....). La propreté globale laisse à désirer. Pour l'accueil il est annoncé sur le site à partir de 16heures, mais la personne chargée de nous accueillir (très sympa) pour elle 16heures impossible car elle travaille donc 17h30 serai la bonne heure à annoncer sur le site. Attendre 1h30 à 38 degrés après 5 h de route pas top ! Rien de bien grave en fait, des détails certes mais qui permettraient une bien meilleure note à cette belle demeure. Cordialement

Dépaysement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, rustique mais confortable ,chargée d’histoire. L’Océan à nos pieds et l’air marin , que demander de plus, le soleil étant aussi de la partie. L’environnement est superbe, le beau marché de la Tremblade, la petite ville sympathique et la superbe île d’Oléron , les dégustations d’huîtres ….! Tout était bien, sans oublier l’accueil de la propriétaire qui était parfait. Nous reviendrons sûrement ici !

Belle vue sur mer

Maison très agréable pour un séjour entre ami. La véranda avec le jardin et l'acces direct sur la mer sont un plus indéniable !!
