LA TRANCHE SUR MER, pleasant neighborhood close to the town center, near the beach, shops, and the market, lovely new house with its own garden. Parking space. 1 main room with fitted kitchen - living room - lounge, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). 1 upstairs bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m). 1 garden shed for bicycles and beach equipment.

Amenities: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, television, sofa, dishes, cutlery... 1 travel cot, high chair, garden furniture, garden parasol, barbecue grill, electric vehicle charging point, washing machine.
