La maison des lauriers – Fully Renovated, 3-Star Comfort, 500m from Beach

Comfortable 3-star house, fully renovated in 2019, located in a family residence at Domaine du Pré de la Cure in La Tranche sur Mer. The beach is just 500 m away and shops are 800 m away. The house features a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchenette (induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bathroom (shower cabin, sink, washing machine), and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a 140 cm sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Enjoy the fully enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture, plancha, 2 fans, and a parking space.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning service, please tidy up: wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out the trash.



Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.

Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are allowed under certain conditions; please contact the host via the platform.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in recycling containers.
