  • Located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, this charming 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and both pod and filter coffee makers. The house features a washing machine, TV, and family-friendly amenities such as a baby bed and high chair.



    Outside, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and unwinding. The private heated pool is available from May to September, ideal for relaxing during your stay. A plancha is provided so you can prepare meals while enjoying the outdoors.



    Two shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. Please note: parties are not allowed, the property is non-smoking, and pets are not accepted.



    Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee.
