Holiday Homes in La Tigra

"Llegamos al lugar y no pudimos quedarnos porque nos dijeron que estaba reservado. Nos atendieron con mucha prisa porque tenían que salir. Nos ofrecieron una opción muy diferente a lo que buscamos y por lo que pagamos. Los dueños (los hijos) asumieron que nosotros teníamos que saber que había que llamar antes (para esa gracia mejor uno llama, no reserva por expedia). En la página la casa aparecía disponible y yo reservé haciendo el pago de una vez, pero en ningún momento decía que había que...

"This place was perfect!! It's a peaceful beautiful location close to La Fortuna but away from the tourist area. Fran was an amazing host!! We stayed here for our wedding and they treated us to a complementary float breakfast and even carved us a handmade ornament with our wedding day date on it! This place is great!! 100% recommend!"

"The host is very good, always makes sure you have everything you need!"

"Great stay"

"Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!"

"Loved the architecture. Great place."

"Beautiful backyard, very friendly and helpful host. "

"Lovely stay! Plenty of room and patio is very comfortable as well. Down the street from main property, so accessing other on-site amenities like the pool is not as easy. Booked through Expedia and received different messaging and instructions through both Expedia and VRBO apps. But VRBO instructions were very good. Guest must message host through VRBO to actually reach them."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. Lidiana welcomed us with a home cooked meal and showed us the sloth and frogs around her property. Lidiana and her family were so kind and truly made our stay in La Fortuna so wonderful."

"Spacious home, close to downtown, host was very accommodating and helpful."

"Loved the vibe of this place at night!! We got there late afternoon, nice and cool on the mountain side, chilled outside while it was raining and enjoyed the sunset and atmosphere of the place! I'd definitely stay here again!"
