It has a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² outdoor area. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- On the lake: sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming...
- Lac de Cazaux is the 2ᵉ largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, thanks in particular to its sandy beaches and shallow waters, which give it a lagoon-like feel.
