Located on the Arcachon Bay, close to all amenities (leisure activities, food, and heritage sites), our cottage, a former family forge, is a small 65 m² terraced house with a furnished terrace and enclosed grounds. Set back from Rue du Capitaine, on a private property, in a cul-de-sac serving other homes, the forge will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and lounge, two bedrooms (one 140x190cm bed and two 90x190cm beds), and a bathroom with toilet. Private parking adjacent to the cottage. Bed linen and towels are required. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Rentals are reserved for private individuals. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
