La Teste im Spätsommer

Dieses Ferienhaus war für unseren Urlaub optimal. Trotz naher Lage an einer Straße und der Bahn war es sehr ruhig. Auch von den Nachbarn hörte man sehr wenig. Austernhafen und Innenstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!

Bien mais qu'une salle d'eau, pas de lave-vaisselle et loin de notre plage préférée.

Belle propriété, neuve, agréable mais trop excentrée de nos centres d'intérêts, Arcachon. Le propriétaire était très sympathique, a nos petits soins, toutefois, je conseille cette maison aux personnes recherchant ce type de location. A notre âge, nous préférons laisser la voiture au garage et pouvoir tout faire à pied. Je m'y prendrais plus tôt pour la réservation en 2020. La location de l'an dernier Bd de la plage nous convenait mieux

Vacances formidables en famille!

Endroit magique, idéalement situé pour découvrir le bassin d'arcachon, proche du port ostreicole de la teste aux cabanes typiques où l'on peut déguster les huîtres. Ariella et Patrick sont accueillants et fascinants, leurs précieux conseils ont fait de notre séjour des vacances inoubliables !! Au plaisir d'y revenir !!!!

Parfait !

Les propriétaires sont des gens très accueillants, attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires, d'excellents conseils pour les bonnes adresses locales. La location être très bien située (à 5 minutes à pieds du port ostréicole de La Teste et à 15 minutes en voiture d'Arcachon) et en parfait état. Merci à Ariella et à Patrick pour leur gentillesse Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement îlot à 5 personnes ( 1 couple +3 jeunes adultes). L'appartement est très agréable ; Attention cependant: une seule chambre est fermée ; les autres sont en mezzanine. Le logement est bien situé à proximité du joli port. Voiture ou vélo indispensable pour aller à la plage.. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute de leurs clients. Merci à eux

Un très bon moment !!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans ce petit coin proche de tout mais assez isolé pour être au calme. Prestations excellentes pour cette location parfaitement équipée voir presque trop belle pour des vacances (prenez en soin lorsque vous irez !). Les propriétaires, tout proches, sont adorables, bienveillants, et la convivialité s'installe très vite sans empiéter toutefois sur votre séjour. Nous reviendrons....Patrick devra prévoir un peu de punch pour le traditionnel apéro de fin de séjour.

Gros coup de coeur !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement avec grand plaisir. Pas facile de laisser une appréciation objective tellement nous avons été subjugué par notre séjour ! je me lance : Le logement est conforme à la présentation et aux photos : neuf, fonctionnel, très bien réalisé avec une terrasse magnifique équipée d'une plancha gaz. Le tout au sein d'une petite copropriété où règne un esprit familial propice à la détente. Le logement, proche de toutes les commodités, est situé à proximité du très joli port ostréicole de La Teste, idéalement situé pour rayonner autour du bassin d'Arcachon. Cette appréciation serait incomplète sans vous parler du propriétaire, Patrick, un homme passionné avec qui nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés par sa présence discrète, bienveillante et ces précieux conseils qui de toute évidence ont garantis la réussite de nos vacances. Bref, tout est dans le titre, gros coup de cœur !
