- Single storey house, on a pretty wooded lot, fenced and secure, with swimming pool facing due South. Very quiet, residential area, 300m from the coast, the salt meadows and cycle paths. All shops (bakery, restaurants ...) within 1km. Dune du Pyla and ocean beaches at 10kms. Downtown Arcachon at 4kms and La teste at 1.5kms. Oyster port and oyster cabins at 800m.
