Holiday Home in the Heart of the Basin with Pool

Located just 1 km from Lake Cazaux, this 140 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds, and one offers two single beds; each has its own bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living area with a TV corner. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning and heating throughout, washing machine, dryer, coffee makers, a baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children.



Outside, relax in your private, enclosed 1,200 m² garden with a 110 m² wooden terrace, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. The private heated pool is available from April to October. Prepare meals on your private barbecue. A shared playground is also available for children.



On-site parking for 3 cars and self check-in make your stay easy. Parties are not allowed.



Lake Cazaux is 1 km away and La Teste-de-Buch is 9 km, making this an ideal base to explore the Arcachon basin between ocean, forest, and lake. Bed linen, towels, and table linen are provided. Parties are not allowed and a security deposit is required.
