- In a small quiet and very chic subdivision, close to the international golf of Arcachon (entrance 400 m), 3 km from the Pyla dune and the most beautiful ocean beaches and those of the basin (Le Moulleau, Pereire) , discover this magnificent wooden villa of 190 m2 with mezzanine, roof terrace, heated swimming pool and pétanque area.
5 large bedrooms, all with queen-size bed, closet and wardrobe. Garage converted into a small studio with 4 single beds. 2 indoor wc + outdoor wc. 3 shower rooms + outdoor solar shower near the swimming pool. 50 m2 living room with bay window of 7 meters opening widely onto part of the 220 m2 wooden terraces, part of which is sheltered from the sun.
Private parking for 5 cars.
