Studio (27 m2) of 2017 in very good condition for 2 people (2 beds of 80) with convertible possible of 2 extra beds. Shower room with Italian shower. Small south private terrace with garden table and awning. Equipped kitchenette. Parking in front, located in the city center, near all shops, market, train station (0.5 km), port (1 km), Arcachon (3 km) and ocean beaches and dune (10 km). Restaurant just steps away.
