A garden not overlooked, with barbecue. Two bikes to explore our beautiful region. Private parking space. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très cocoon très bien située arrêt de bus juste devant le logement ainsi que les pistes cyclables. Bel appartement, jardin clôturé convient très bien aux propriétaires de chiens. Environnement un peu bruyant cependant. Les matelas pourraient être remplacés une fois : trop mous et affaissés. Stefanie, la gérante, est très très gentille.

Beau séjour

Magnifique maison qui correspondait au descriptif, propre, bien entretenue et bien équipée. Bien située pour les différentes visites seulement l'endroit était quand bruyant le soir suite à un bar réputé. La musique s'arrêtait à 22h mais malheureusement l'incivilité des personnes qui rentraient aux petites heures le matin nous réveillait avec leur cris ,.... Dans le lotissement tout était très calme et sécurisé mais les abords assez bruyant. Mis à part ce petit désagrément tout s'est très bien passé.

Region La Teste / Arcachon / Übergabe

In der Region La Teste / Arcachon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort haben wir Bordeaux, Cap Ferret und die Dune Pilat besucht. Die verschiedenen Strände sind sehr schön. Leider führt am Objekt eine zeitweise stark befahrene Straße vorbei. Bei Ankunft verlief die Übergabe/Übernahme des Schlüssels chaotisch. Betten waren leider nicht bezogen nicht bezogen. Kein Englisch.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und auch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. C'est un très bel appartement, équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement est bon. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très bon et la personne de contact sur place était super. Nous recommanderons certainement cet hébergement.

Idéalement situé pour satisfaire tant le shopping, que les promenades "citadines" ou maritime

Agréable logement, tout confort et bien équipé. Je voyage avec mon fils, adulte, grand handicapé moteur. Je suis donc toujours à la recherche d'un logement adéquat, accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Rien à redire quant à l'accès à l'appartement, au parking. L'appartement dispose d'une superbe douche italienne.....où mon fils n'a pu accéder : impossible de passer la porte de la salle de bain et encore moins, d'entrer dans la douche.... nous y avons cependant passer de très agréables moments paisibles

Fijn verblijf gehad. Er zit een supermarkt dichtbij en een lekker bakkerijtje. Voor de restaurantjes, etc. moet je wel wat verder rijden. Je kunt dan naar Arcachon, dit is zo’n 10 min. met de auto.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement en rez-de-jardin, petite copropriété au calme et très bien située proche centre commercial, cinéma, marché...
