Location is a walkable distance to Alhambra, old town and all major tourist spots although hills and/or stairs are involved. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke with English for an easy check in and some local information. If you have mobility issues, specify this in booking as there is no lift and only a few rooms at ground level. "

"The hotel is a bit out of the action. There is a grocery store a few minutes away, and next to it a very good, but small laundromat. The hotel description mentions "Laundry Facilities", which it does not have. It has a "Laundry Service" where you give them your clothes and they wash them for a fee. There are two nearby buses that can take you downtown (lines 4 and 21)."
