Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great.

Si quiere relajación y a su vez comer platos tradicionales, sus vistas el respirar aire puro. Les recomiendo tanto el lugar como el hotel, solo el único problema es el aparcamiento. Por lo demás lo recomiendo Lanjaron es un pueblo muy bonito y estas de la costa ha tres cuartos de hora y puedes disfrutar del mar,la costa empezando por Motril que hay empieza la costa tropical llegando hacía Almuñecar que tiene unas calas preciosas, también está carchuna ,calahonda ,la chucha y Castell de Ferro también tienen unas calas preciosas. Que en poco tiempo pueden disfrutar tanto del mar como de sierra Nevada. Lanjaron es un pueblo precioso y el hotel es maravilloso, se lo recomiendo 100x100

Puede mejorar

Nuestra estancia no comenzó demasiado bien porque nos encontramos una plaga de hormigas en el cuarto, varios mosquitos en pared y cortinas, y algunas manchas en colchones y edredón. Pedimos una almohada auxiliar y venía con una araña y la funda manchada, aunque nos la cambiaron amablemente y apuntaron nuestras quejas. A la mañana pusimos el cartel de no molestar mientras salimos un rato y lo quitaron y entraron a limpiar, cosa que no entendemos. Aparte de todo, el resto de la estancia fue muy agradable. Desayuno variado y rico. Servicio muy amable. Piscina salada y alrededores muy limpios; muy buena idea lo de las tumbonas y muy buena la limpieza de estas frente al COVID. Buena ubicación en el centro. Lo mejor, el trato de la chica del chiringuito de la piscina, un 10 para ella! Lo peor, la chica de recepción hizo un turno de más de 24h. ¡Inadmisible!

No para todo el mundo

El apartamento está equipado con todo pero le falta algo de mantenimiento, una manita de pintura y había bichos varios (arañas, cucas....). La ubicación es buena y el apartamento es cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado en la sala y en el dormitorio y un pequeño patio ideal si llevas bicis ya que además es un bajo. Aceptan mascotas sin problema. Cerca están la mejor pizzería y la mejor heladería que hemos probado ( en la calle feria) y en la panadería Ana, tienen comida casera para llevar buenísima y por 2€ la ración así que si no quieres no tendrás que cocinar.

Fui por la piscina y ni la pisé

Reservé el hotel por las fotos de la piscina y cuando llegué me dí cuenta de que era una piscina pública, donde había mucha gente todo el día, y encima de agua salada (yo venía de la playa). Muy animada pero no ayuda nada a relajarse, que era mi objetivo. Poca información al respecto al hacer la reserva. La parte positiva el magnífico trato de todo el personal del hotel.

Nice overnight stay.

Stayed in Lanajaron as a stop over on the way to Granada. Pleasant town with some biking and hiking opportunities and an old Muslim fortress to visit. The hotel has on site free parking and there are good restaurants nearby. The town is known for their spring water with several locations in town to fill up water bottles.

Outstanding views and breakfast in a period hotel

The two best things about Hotel Andalucia are the views (fantastic if you book a room with a view, through the Alpujarras to the sea) and the breakfast (which is probably the best 'free' breakfast I have ever had in Spain - and I've had quite a few). Whether you love the hotel itself depends on your attitude towards older establishments that used to be fairly 'grand', have gone down a bit in the world, but have character - and in this case are being brought back up to standard. The bedrooms show their age a little, but are perfectly comfortable. The grounds are being restored to their former glory - with a mini 'Alhambra Generalife' garden. The location in Lanjaron is good and there is on-site parking, which is a big plus in this town of tiny streets.

Wir wahren sehr zufrieden mit dem hotel..unser zimmer wahr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet..das bad hatte eine badewanne und eine dusche...frühstück war kein buffet aber ok..leider hatten wir keine zeit um den schönen pool zu benutzen
