A comfortable 55-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building without an lift. We’re in the centre of La Spezia, about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. The location is therefore excellent both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. An ideal location for exploring the city and the wonders of the Cinque Terre!

The space

The interior is laid out as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas hob, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, conventional oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and a French-style double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

- BALCONY



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an lift—the apartment is located on the ground floor.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
