A cosy 35-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building without an lift. We’re in the centre of La Spezia, about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. The location is therefore ideal both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an lift—the apartment is located on the ground floor.

The entrance landing is shared with other guests.

Please note there is a step in the bathroom.

Cars are NOT permitted in the building’s inner courtyard.



The room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.
