With its fully fenced garden of 1350 m2 in a private road, you will have all the advantages of the sea but without the disadvantages.

We put at your disposal all modern equipment and quality to make your holidays as pleasant as possible ...
At almost 3 kms from the sea, you will be able to reach it easily without having the tumult of the seaside.
You can rent our villa by the week in high season and even on weekends or overnight in low season (3 nights minimum).

La Seyne sur mer is ideally located: 60 kms from Marseille and Saint Tropez, you can get there by train, plane or car.
We are 7 kms from Toulon by car but you also have a sea line between Toulon and La Seyne sur mer.

Die Anfahrt zum Objekt ist etwas kniffelig, aber die Lage ist toll. Sehr ruhig, schöne Strände in der Nähe, Tolle Ausflüge Richtung Cassis oder direkt vor Ort Abfahrt zur Insel Porquerolles!

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in schöner Lage

Die Villa Marlix liegt in einem Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig, und ist von anderen Häusern und durch einen schönen Garten mit typisch mediterranen Pflanzen umrahmt. Die Terrasse ist groß, bietet zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie einen Grill. Abends kamen regelmäßig kleine Geckos vorbei, um ihr Abendessen zu fangen... ;o) Im Garten steht ein kleiner Pool, der uns sehr gefiel, und der einmal wöchentlich gereinigt wird. Das Haus selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Klimaanlagen im WZ und in den beiden Schlafzimmern lassen sich einfach regeln und ermöglichten uns manch erholsame Nacht. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist sicher der Doppelkühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. Bad mit großer (Wellness-)Dusche tiptop. Insgesamt ein gut gepflegter Zustand und wirklich sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen und immer ansprechbar waren. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Villa trés agréable fonctionnelle avec tous le confort que l'on peut attendre(literies et salon trés confortables....) ainsi que des petites attentions de la part du propriétaire qui s' est être accueillant Jacuzzi en route.... et bouteille au frais avec toasts de tapenade pour notre arrivée .si l'on aime marcher on peut se rendre a pieds à la plage ,je lai fait plusieurs fois .Je recommande vivement cette location ;nous avons passé une semaine formidable .

A ne pas manquer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Marlix, une parenthèse de soleil et de tiédeur dans un mois de mai quasi-hivernal partout ailleurs... La villa est très confortable, rien ne manque et les propriétaires, discrêts mais très disponibles, nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Perfect Villa and hosts

Together with my wife, her sister, and our (small) dog, I spent the last two weeks of August 2015 in Villa Marlix. The booking/paying was no problem, since the owner responded immidiately to all our questions via email, and the contract arrived within a short time-scale. Since the owner(s) live just beside the Villa in a seperate house (which turned out to be very advantageous, see below), there was no problem in recieving the keys and an introduction to all machinery after arriving. The house itself is very nice, with a big garden, a terrace, a jacuzzi and a small pool.The interior is excellently designed (2 separate bedrooms with 4 beds in total), and particularly the bath and the kitchen are perfectly equipped. (Indeed, I never found a kitchen in a holiday home that had more devices and tools). The Wifi worked without problems, and there is the possibility to phone abroad (landline) for free. The beach (Les Sablettes) is 3.8 kms (10 minutes) away and very nice. (Hint: to find a parking lot without a longer search, one has to be at the beach before 10 am). One intermediate-size supermarket is located just on the route to the beach (7 minutes away), and two big-size supermarkets are 12 minutes (close to the motorway) away. There are also a couple of restaurants within 15 minutes reach. The owners are *very* friendly and helpful. If one wants to be alone, they leave you alone, but if you want to have an apperitive or have some problems, they are of immidiate help. We had two very nice evenings with the owners (they speak fluently English, and also Italian), and they helped me a lot when I had an issue with my own car (finding a car to rent, helping me in the conversation with the workshop, and giving me a lift to the rent-station and the workshop). Overall, we had perfect holidays in Villa Marlix, and nothing to complain at all! A stay at Villa Marlix can be 100% recommended! Mariella, Michel and Rene, many thanks again for your hospitality and help!!!!

Pour la 2e fois, vacances réussies

Comme nous avons beaucoup apprécié la Villa Marlix l’été 2014, nous y sommes revenus cette année à la même période. Et de nouveau, nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un cadre reposant. La villa est très accueillante et bien équipée, fidèle à la description des sites internet. Soulignons de nouveau l’accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires toujours disponibles pour le bien-être de leurs locataires. Cette location est à recommander aussi pour tous ceux qui aiment les beaux paysages car c’est le point de départ de multiples excursions (Toulon, Le Pradet, Carqueiranne, Port-Grimaud …). Nous avons passé une quinzaine fort agréable à la villa Marlix.L'accueil est chaleureux,la maison parfaitement rénovée offre un confort très appréciable. On se sent bien vite chez soi !Les extérieurs bien entretenus permettent de bons moments ...soit sportifs (piscine) ou de de détente(jaccuzi,chaises longues) bercés par le chant des cigales. Un lieu où il fait bon séjourner !

Envie de repos au soleil ? Charmante villa au calme tout en étant à moins de 15mn des plages de sable. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. De jolis coins à visiter aux environ....Villa de plein pied où l'on s'y sent bien de suite... pièces spacieuses et lumineuses. Équipement parfait. Non seulement la villa est conforme aux photos proposées et bien plus encore... D'autre part, les propriétaires sont agréablement gentils et disponibles. La Villa Marlix fait partie de nos coups de cœur, nous la recommandons sans problème et nous y reviendrons très vite !

Séjour très agréable dans une une jolie villa très bien équipée, à l'abri des bruits de la ville, avec un beau jardin ombragé où chantent les cigales. Cette location correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description sur le site internet. Villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût et dont les propriétaires soucieux du bien-être des locataires ont pensé au moindre petit détail dont ils pourraient avoir besoin. Ajoutons à cela, l'accueil chaleureux de Mr Gambin et ses parents qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers. (Seul petit bémol, la route d'accès étroite et sinueuse mais tout à fait praticable). Nous recommandons vivement cette villa : point de départ de nombreuses excursions pour découvrir cette belle région du Var. Nadine et Serge (Belgique)

Charmante maison, on ne peut qu'apprécier

Maison très bien équipée avec jardin ombragé où chantent les cigales. Calme garanti parce qu'en retrait du brouhaha de la ville. Mobilier et lits très confortables. La description de la location correspond parfaitement au cadre on y ajoutant que les propriétaires sont très prévenants et accueillants. Nous recommandons chaudement la Villa Marlix!
