Magnifique villa surplombant les eaux turquoises de la baie de Grand Case.

Vue mer extraordinaire à 180° et sur les collines environnantes.

Large terrasse de 180 m² aménagée avec piscine, transats, salon d`extérieur, table à manger à l`ombre de la pergola, et quasiment sans aucun vis à vis pour des vacances exclusives et reposantes.

A l`intérieur, tout le confort moderne d`une belle villa de 120 m² entièrement rénovée en 2018.

Autour, le quartier très central, calme et sécurisé de la Savane

La villa La Guapa offre une vue unique à 180% sur la mer des Antilles, de la magnifique baie de Marigot jusqu`au Rocher créole, site de snorkeling située devant Grand Case, capitale gastronomique de de la Caraïbe.

Vous pourrez siroter un cocktail devant un magnifique coucher de soleil et tout cela sans bouger de la piscine.

La piscine est sécurisée pour les enfants. Elle fait 8x3 m et dispose en plus d`une plage 3x2 m sur 25 cm de profondeur pour le jeu des enfants ou l`apéro.

Une terrasse de 180 m2 en bois entoure une belle piscine sécurisée de 8 m x 3 m, sans vis à vis.

Vous pourrez vous y relaxer dans les canapés d`extérieur ou sur les transats et déjeuner à l`ombre.

Vous pourrez également profiter du Gazebo Apéro, pour déguster des tapas et utiliser le BBQ ou la plancha.

La villa se compose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec douches a l`italienne.

Elle est équipée d`Internet en WIFI 100 Mbps, ainsi que de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, le salon et la cuisine.

La chambre parentale possède sa propre salle de bain avec dressing, et sa vue mer également.

La cuisine ouverte sur le salon offre un beau panorama sur la mer. Elle est entièrement équipée avec lave vaisselle, frigo et congélateur, four, micro onde, plaque à induction, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, vaisselle.. rien de manque !

Le grand ilot de la cuisine peut facilement se transformer en un espace bureau si besoin.

Le salon possède un grand canapé, face à une télévision connectée à Internet avec Canal Sat, et une grande baie vitrée tournée la mer.

Tout le linge de maison est fourni : draps, serviettes de toilette, serviettes de plage, torchons et tapis de bain.

La Villa La Guapa vous est entièrement réservée.

Vous aurez un accès exclusif à tous les espaces de la maison, y compris à la piscine privée.

La villa Sea View est située dans le lotissement privé de la Savanna, un quartier très calme et sécurisé, situé entre les plages de Friar`s Bay et de Grande Case.

La Villa est géographiquement très centrale sur l`île pour vous permettre de profiter de tous les attraits de Saint-Martin :
