, Beautiful longère built at the beginning of the 19th century, at the start of the pedestrian and cycle tracks, horse bike rides, boats, freshwater fishing, tourist documentation at your disposal, possibility of storing your bikes, sports and leisure nearby tourist, botanical garden, churches cinemas, forests, zoo, etc ... House of 150m² which can accommodate up to 6 adults (possibility of adding 2 children's beds). Living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds. 2 shower rooms on the ground floor. 2 toilets. One on the ground floor one upstairs. Large wooded and animal park closed in the middle of the rivers. Terrace. House 35 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches of the Ile de Ré. Detached house recently renovated. Spacious, comfortable house, family style, a place to disconnect from urban life, get in touch with nature and enjoy what it entails. No tourist tax for children under 18
Rental For linen (sheets, bath and toilet sheets, on request. See description on advertisement, please thank you.
From September 1 to June 1 flat rate of 8 kw per day for electric heating, for the fireplace, wood and pellets are payable.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux de Line et de son époux, qui nous ont gâtés. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé jouer avec la chienne et chercher les plumes perdues par les paons.Le jardin est magnifique et le gîte spacieux et tout confort.Les excursions dans le marais sont faciles à proches.

A little oasis in the middle of farmland. Very helpful owner and her husband, the gite is in a beautiful garden surrounded by birds. Rather difficult to find restaurants open in September, but a lovely location for relaxing and exploring this area of France

Sejour dans le marais poitevin

Tres bon sejour dans le marais poitevin. La longere est tres propre, tres bien entretenue et tres bien equipee. Des animaux partout, un parc immense fleuri et arbore et des hotes aux petits soins. Pour qui aime la nature, le calme et l'espace, je recommande sans hesitation.

Parfait!

Très bonnes vacances au calme dans une maison très bien équipée et un jardin exceptionnel, le tout bercé par la présence et le chant des oiseaux. Située dans les Marais Poitevin ,c'est un excellent point de départ pour les randonneurs et les cyclistes. Line et Jean Pierre sont très agréables et attentionnés... Nous avons eu la chance de déguster leurs fruits et légumes ,leurs œufs et un excellent pinot des Charentes fait maison... C’était un bonheur de les rencontrer dans ce petit coin de paradis à conseiller à tout le monde...

Line et Jean Pierre sont charmants et tellement aux petits soins!!!! Ils font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Le gîte est parfait. Bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Que dire de plus sinon que nous avons déjà mis une option pour l'année prochaine.

Formidable séjour

Vanessa, Sebastien et les enfants Lucas Morgane et Nathan ont beaucoup apprécié ces 3 jours dans le marais poitevin. Line et Jean pierre sont des personnes formidables et leurs gite est très agréable autant intérieurement qu'extérieurement, il y a tellement d'animaux que Morgane s’extasiait au petit déjeuner devant le paon faisant la roue ou les poissons du petit étang dévorant le pain dur. Une soirée en leur compagnie dans le village voisin sur leur proposition et voilà un court séjour qui restera un bon moment dans nos mémoires. Grosses bises a vous de l'Anjou et Merci encore.

Tout simplement génial !!!

Line et Jean Pierre sont des hôtes comme on n’en rencontre guère. Ce fut une belle rencontre où l’on nous a fait découvrir des produits locaux faits maison. Que dire de l’environnement tout simplement époustouflant. Vous êtes accueillis entre autres par des paons aux couleurs chatoyantes dans un cadre où la nature reprend sa place. Le gîte lui-même est très beau, propre et confortable. Je recommande à 200 %. Amateurs de tranquillité et de retour à la nature, foncez sans hésitation !!!
