"Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!"

"We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail. The entertainment could use improvement, we only noticed a couple of exercise classes in the pool and a couple of dance lessons during our 5 night stay. All of the activities, music by the pool, nightly shows, sports bar ect. is on the Dreams side of the resort. The food is mediocre at best. The resort is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. But overall, we were very disappointed. "

"Hotel is brand new. Clean. Nice rooms with decent amount of space. We had a room that faced the water. It was beautiful on the balcony. Infinity pool wasn't used by us but looked lovely. The biggest problem is that there is nothing nearby. You are basically at the mercy of the hotel unless you Uber somewhere. We arrived and needed to eat around 4:30pm (starving because the airport has no restaurants on the arrival side that we could find). The restaurant had a very small menu of snack bites. I got a chicken Caesar salad which was ok. Dinner wasn't being served until 6pm. We only stayed 1 night before a cruise and it is close to the cruise port so points for that. I would probably stay again but eat before you arrive."
