"My wife and I traveled to this property with our nieces, nephews and their spouses. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was nicer and more magnificent than we anticipated. The owners, Julio and Christine, were great to work with and helped us set up transportation to and from the airport, check-in at the resort, etc. Enough can't be said about the staff. Frank, the butler, kept everything running smoothly. Andy, his assistant, was always around to help us with anything we needed, from afternoon cocktails, to rides to the golf courses. I highly recommend using their chef. Wanda's food was magnificent! Each meal was perfect. We can't wait until our next visit. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! There is a reason this house stays booked. We awoke every morning to coffee and a full breakfast, fresh frozen drinks by the pool and always clean clothes folded on our bed each night. Dinner at the villa is better than any restaurant, but we always go out a few nights to give the staff a break. The location of the house is just a quick golf cart ride away from restaurants at the Beach Club, the Marina and Chavon. We had a total of 10 people, and the villa layout is perfect for 2 families or even 6 couples. Ivy is quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We didn't leave before checking our calendar for the next availability!"

"What an incredible vacation. From the moment we arrived, Dann (owner), Cookie (AMAZING chef), Syvia (server), and Doris (maid) greeted us and helped us get settled. Cookie made us Sangrias and appetizers before a delicious welcome dinner. Sylvia did not skip a beat and was on top of all service. While we were poolside, Doris was tidying up the rooms so we were comfortable at the end of our long days. Each morning the grounds were kept and the pool was cleaned. The villa had all types of games for the kids, a nice large yard, and poolside floats/toys. We had five kids (2, 5, 5, 7 and 8), they were not bored! Each bedroom was very large with plenty of space and its own AC for your comfort. Just another moment to mention Cookie. SHE WAS FANTASTIC! Her cooking and presentation was upscale restaurant quality food for the adults and made accommodations for both the kids and our GF guest. She was friendly and always smiling. Dann was on top of our needs and super easy to work with. He not only answered all of our questions, but also supplied extra resort information, tip sheets, etc. Dann took the guess work out of traveling and made the process simple. If you are looking for a relaxing, private, resort feel villa, this is your place! We will be back and comes with our highest recommendation!"

"The stay was great, Frank was helpful and welcoming, parking was secure, the location and views were wonderful. It is easily the best house in the area with friendly staff that made you feel like you were part of the family. I felt like I was visiting a relative’s home, and reminded me of Rio. It felt like an uncle let me stay at his beach house for the weekend. I loved it, and it gave a real “slice of life” perspective to my Dominican Republic vacation."
