Staff was so helpful and kind. I had so many problems with people who cant speak english in spain to ask something but here at ibis. I stayed there to watch football match elche cf vs realmardrid. I was anxious because it was my first europe visit. However i was very relieved by staff's kindness at ibis.

Very new and nice hotel.
The room was clean and convenient. Lots of shelves in the wardrobe, which was great. Was nice to have a balcony too.
Nearby shopping center offers some nice shopping and dining opportunities. There is also a laundromat if you want to avoid the hotel's pricey laundry service.
Rooftop pool was great success with our baby son, it also has nice sunset views.
Free parking in front but it is often full, so we parked in the shopping center carpark.
The hotel provided a baby cot...

Not much to be negative about with this hotel - clean, light, bright, good pool, good breakfast, and a buffet dinner offering.
However one element lets it down completely for the holiday traveller - it’s location .
It is in the middle of an industrial estate - surrounded by nothing - and I mean nothing - else as far as food is concerned.
Not many reviews on its post will mention - so just beware.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out and come back later to collect it, which made things so convenient.
There are also free hot drinks and juice available 24/7 at reception, plus plenty of free street parking nearby. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
