Located on the 2nd floor of an old and secure building, this duplex of character welcomes you in an independent entrance opening onto a large bright living room, ideal for meeting up with family or friends. The kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, offers you all the comfort you need to prepare your meals.PGJyPg�PGJyPgGo up to the upper level to reach the sleeping area, served by a private corridor. You will find two bedrooms: the first has two single beds and a desk, perfect for working or studying in peace; the second offers a large king size bed of 200 cm × 200 cm for comfortable nights. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with vanity unit, a separate toilet and a storage cupboard.

The keys can be collected from our agency, the rental workshop from 4pm and returned to us at 11am on the day of your departure.

Sheets are provided as an option (on request at the time of booking) at the price of 15 €/bed.
Towels are provided as an option (on request at the time of booking) at a price of €5 per kit including 1 large + 1 small towel.
Kitchen towels and bath mats are available on site free of charge.
