Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Une terrasse exposée sud avec salon de jardin, Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisée. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
