Un cadre unique sur la côte atlantique, au pied du port de plaisance, dans une résidence neuve (2016). Cet appartement vous séduira par son emplacement, ses commodités et son mobilier design.
Il est au second étage et se compose d'un séjour avec canapé convertible permettant 2 couchages, un coin cuisine équipée, un coin tv, une première chambre spacieuse avec lit double et un bureau, une seconde chambre avec un lit en 140cm pour 2 personnes également , une salle d'eau avec douche , et ses wc indépendant. Un balcon, de quoi prendre un bon bol d'air.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Résidence neuve, sécurisé, au pied de la plage et du port, garage privé fermé en sous sol, accès au port en piéton rapidement, joliment décoré. Proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, tout confort. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Déçue par la propreté de l’appartement

Bel apparentement dans très belle résidence à proximité du port et de la plage. Cependant le ménage n’était pas fait (vaisselle a refaire, cheveux partout, sable par terre et poussière sur les meubles) et une odeur épouvantable en arrivant. On ne tenait pas dans l’appartement ça sentait le vomi. En fait c’était le bac au dessus du condensateur du frigo qui était plein d’eau croupi avec une flaque d’eau derrière le frigo. Nous avons été obligé de tout démonter et nettoyer pour supprimer l’odeur. Ne parlons pas des oreillers tout plats de mauvaise qualité avec des bosses durs a l’intérieur une horreur. Dommage car sinon c’est un bel appartement.
