The villa features four bedrooms, including two with en-suite bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining area with TV and comfortable seating. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A dedicated relaxation area includes a bubble bath, steam shower, infrared sauna, and traditional sauna for ultimate comfort. Outdoors, enjoy a private terrace, fenced garden, barbecue, and garden furniture, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst mooie kerstversiering zodat we helemaal in de sfeer waren voor onze eindejaarsvakantie. Alles was proper en de voorziene info was duidelijk. We hebben met 8 personen (4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen) comfortabel kunnen verblijven en het huis is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. De wellness ruimte was goed voorzien en hier hebben we dan ook goed gebruik van kunnen maken. Zeker een aanrader als je in de omgeving van La-Roche-En-Ardenne op vakantie wil gaan. De communicatie met de eigenaars was steeds vriendelijk, vlot en duidelijk. Wij danken hen dan ook voor de goede zorg!!!

We hadden dit 8-persoons huisje met zijn 4-en voor een week. De hottub stond al aan en de sauna maakte de welness ruimte compleet. Het huisje heeft een lekker grasveld en is goed afgeschermd van de buren. Verder zijn er goede bedden, overal douches en een complete keukeninventaris met goede oven. En als kers op de taart overal een hoge waterdruk wat met de jet-douchecabines erg welkom is.

Mooi huis met veel mogelijkheden. Mooie streek om te wandelen en te fietsen. Ondanks minder mooi weer toch genoten. Misschien enkele opmerkingen - jacuzzi met chloor binnen is niet ideaal om er lang in te zitten, heel sterke chloorlucht - bij hevige regen lekje boven het grote raam - afsluiting vaatwas defect, beloofde vattwastabetten waren er niet. Anders ideaal huis met zijn 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers voor 2 gezinnen. Misschien to h ergens een babybed voorzien om het top te maken

Sehr schöne Wochenmitte in der Familie erlebt. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Alles ist da, sehr sauber. Anweisungen auch sehr klar Genossen Sauna und Jacuzzi. Gute Betten.Guter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter.Schöne Gegend mit vielen Wanderwegen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es im Dorf kein Geschäft, keine Bäckerei oder kein Café gibt. Alle Fahrten zum Einkaufen etc. müssen mit dem Auto zurückgelegt werden. Auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert.
