"Great room, great morning staff, cleaning people, and maintenance men!! The night guys look annoyed but will hell do what they can ro accommodate you. Overall 1 of my Favorite hotel, motel, holiday inn. Try to check in before 330pm Frankie is the glue here and truly cares about your time here."

"We had a fantastic experience at Claremont ADU. Our hosts were friendly, attentive and responsive. Communication was always friendly and prompt, and any issues were immediately addressed and resolved. The guest house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. A wonderful indoor and outdoor oasis that is perfect for a short or long term stay. Walking distance to the Claremont Colleges and Village and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and centrally located in the heart of the community. We were here for approximately 5 weeks and felt welcomed, pampered and grateful for this "home away from home". The wi-fi worked perfectly and the smart TV included multiple apps and streaming options. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were available. Having a washer/dryer was a huge advantage for our extended stay as well. The kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery were all top notch. We highly recommend this cozy rental."

"Check in was simple and the kitchen was spacious. It could use some additional tools - mixing bowl and kitchen towels sepcifically. There are no towel bars or hooks for bath towels, this was a serious issue with 5 of us and nowhere to hang towels to dry. I'd also suggest you provide "pool" towels since there is a hot tub. The overall space was perfect and the updates were very nice. It was super comfortable for our family of 5 and we were able to host other family members for dinner and fun in the game room afterwards. "

"Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."
