"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "Wonderful place, nothing fancy but absolutely spotless. The restaurant had great food and the staff was very hospitable. Excellent price. It was just outside of town and GPS was way off so look for Olivo Restaurant near the gas station. A great bargain!"
