Very nice place

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice house, with a lot to do for the kids (trampoline, Play house, swimmingpool and toys) en the adults really liked the table tennis and pooltable. The house had a lovely garden. We had good contact with the owner.

Great location

Fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Large spacious family accommodation. Plenty of character. Well equipped kitchen. Games room, table tennis and pool are great extras. Gated parking for several vehicles. Lovely area with plenty of amenities.

Family reunion

The house and facilities were great. It has a wonderful garden with a pool, jungle gym and trampoline. There were 15 of us, 8 adults and 7 children. The house was well equipped for this many people. It is located in the middle of Montier en Der, but it is a quiet town and all the services are at hand, which made it practical. The Lac du Der is only 8 km away and makes for a nice excursion. We would define rent this house again.

Family holiday

Location great. Great layout in property. Great fridge and freezer. Not enough toilets for 15 people and the kitchen sink was appalling, probably a health hazard. The charge for cleaning was excessive on top of a charge per bed for sheets etc. Garden and activities good. There were 2 bikes i think but not great. Pool is small but clean and heated. We had a great holiday despite the negatives. I received flowers from the owner on my birthday and champagne in the fridge. A nice touch.

La dame qui s'occupe de l'accueil et du nettoyage nous a accueilli mais qui n'est pas la propriétaire. Elle était très serviable et accueillante. Les extérieurs sont très beaux et l'intérieur est propre. L'électricité ne nous semble par contre pas aux normes (quasi aucune prise de terre, des étincelles quand on branche un chargeur de smartphone ou un autre appareil électrique) et le chauffage n'était pas à la hauteur du standing prétendu de la maison (vannes thermostatiques absentes sur plusieurs radiateurs, vannes hors service pour d'autres et donc impossibilité de couper le chauffage ou de l'augmenter si besoin).

Accueil sympathique et attentionné.Très belle propriété particulièrement adaptée pour des moments familiaux. Grandes chambres confortables, plusieurs salles d'eau et sanitaires, espaces de jeu.Terrasse, parc arboré. Les possibilités de prendre des pauses et des repas sont multiples. Très bon équipement de la cuisine.Nous recommandons également le recours au service Dom Traiteur. Les mets sont très élégamment présentés, copieux et délicieux.Nombreux jeux d'intérieur et d'extérieur à disposition.Espace jeu intérieur très apprécié par les tout petits et billard par les adultes.Ménage très soigné.Ce séjour sera un excellent souvenir pour tous.Merci à nos hôtes.

Manoir à Montier en Der

Nous avons loué ce très beau manoir, pour rassembler la famille et célébrer Noël tous ensemble. Cette belle demeure chaleureuse était vraiment idéale pour pouvoir le faire. L’accueil par la propriétaire fut également très chaleureux avec un cadeau de bienvenue qui fut une vraie surprise. Encore merci pour ça !

Ein super Ort für eine große Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der gîte - es gibt jede Menge Platz und tolle Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Claude-Annie war sehr liebenswert und hat immer sofort auf Anfragen reagiert. Besonders freundlich fanden wir den Willkommens-Champagner - vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Week-end en famille

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec nos 6 enfants et nos 5 beaux enfants. Le manoir est une très jolie demeure vintage avec un grand jardin. La maison est spacieuse et très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée, la literie est de bonne qualité. Le jardin est agréable et muni d une piscine, d une table de ping pong et de meubles de jardin. Des jeux sont à notre disposition : pétanque, jeux de société, ballon, livres, badminton, ... les hôtes sont accueillants et serviables, on peut les contacter en cas de besoin. Ils prennent le temps de nous présenter les activités de la region. Tout cela nous a permi de passer un très agréable moment en famille. Mille mercis a nos hôtes !

Belle propriété suffisamment isolée pour se retrouver en famille en période de crise sanitaire. De l'espace, de quoi distraire les enfants (piscine, ping pong, Haras nationaux à proximité pour le cheval, Lac de Der pour la voile) comme les adultes (billard, barbecue, et bien sur chaise longue surtout....). Très bon séjour en famille de tous âges

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes, dans une maison conforme à la description et plus vaste que ce que nous pensions. La maison est bien équipée pour le nombre d'hôte (vaisselle en nombre, équipement de cuisine etc) ce qui nous a permis de faire des repas sans souci; nous avons apprécié la proximité du lac de Der le temps d'un week end : promenades près du lac, visites des villages aux églises à pans de bois.

Séjour très agréable

Très jolie maison, parfaitement équipée pour passer un très agréable we en famille.. Entre moments passés autour de la piscine, de la table de ping pong., du billard, on s y sent très bien. De plus, la maison est idéalement située pour découvrir le lac de Der. La propriétaire est également très accueillante. Je recommande vivement !

Super vacances

La propriété est très accueillante, les propriétaires également, bien équipée et on s'y sent bien. Nous étions 11 mais chacun a pu trouver des moments de calme, de repos et nous repartons la tête pleine de souvenirs de nos veillées sur la terrasse ou au salon. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Zeer nette woning met een heel mooie en grote tuin! Het zwembad is heerlijk als je liever aan het huis blijft hangen. Voor een sportieveling en/of champagneliefhebber zijn er in de buurt zeker genoeg activiteiten te vinden.

Mooie woning met veel mogelijkheden qua ontspanning, slapen,.... Enige opmerking veeeeel vliegen, ik denk tengevolgevan het goede weer en 'Haras' (paardjes). Een aanrader.

Gîte très spacieux et très agréable Couchage très bon. Matériel de cuisine en quantité suffisante pour15 personnes . Seule la table de salle à manger est trop petite pour la capacité du gîte. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute. Madame Kesler avait prévu un cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommanderai ce gîte ou d'autres appartenant à Monsieur et Madame Kesler

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Enfants et adultes ont été conquis par la maison, très bien entretenue, propre, spacieuse, où rien ne manquait (ah, si peut-être quelques bains de soleil). L'accueil a été plus que chaleureux par la propriétaire, elle avait même prévu des fleurs pour notre maman qui fêtait son anniversaire, quelle gentille attention ! C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous recommandons à tous cette location.
