  • In Loire Atlantique south of Saint-Nazaire and Brittany, cross France's largest bridge to discover La Côte de Jade. Between Saint-Brévin, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef and Pornic, La Plaine-sur-Mer is a small commune located in the heart of the coast. A true haven of peace between sea and countryside, it is full of significant landscape diversity. A lively and attractive seafront, peaceful countryside, a pleasant town centre and above all a very distinctive culinary culture. La Plaine-sur-Mer is a paradise for rock pool fishing enthusiasts, fans of water activities and food lovers keen on relaxation!



    This 120m2 Architect-designed house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located facing the small beach of La Prée and its mooring channel (free all year round), as well as just a few steps away from the first restaurants.



    Discover once past the entrance gate, a large terrace with sea views and an enclosed garden where you can park 2 cars.

    The house offers WIFI connection in every room, and comprises;

    On the ground floor; A comfortable living space composed of; a lounge-TV with fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home. (Gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, French-press and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and hair dryer, ironing board-iron and much more…). A shower room and separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with sea views, 2 of which have terrace access, a bathroom and separate toilet. For maximum comfort, the following are provided for you: a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation armchairs and small rain equipment.

Bien située mais gros manque d’entretien

Maison agréable mais vous ne pouvez compter que sur 2 chambres Gros manque d’entretien chambre avec infiltration sur le plafond et très forte odeur du à la moisissure !!! On ne devrait pas louer avec un problème si grave !!!! Nous sommes très déçu de ne pas avoir été prévenu à l’avance !!! Et question ménage ce n’est pas le top !!!!! Je ne recommande certainement pas

Maison moderne tout au bord de la mer, des paysages changeant au grés des marées. les pied dans l'eau, mais les cheveux au le vent (pendant les tempêtes, mais on est bien en Bretagne! sud..., comme ils aiment nous le rappeler)
