Our comfortable chalet of 180m², was completely renovated in 2025.
Perfect for holidays with family or friends, in winter or summer, it can accommodate up to 10 people (Ideal for 6 adults and 4 children)

The ground floor

🚪A functional entrance with a bench, coat racks and a storage unit, ideal for storing shoes and other belongings for the outdoors.

🔥 A warm, comfortable and bright living room, with a large corner sofa, a maxi ottoman, a coffee table, a flat screen Smart TV and an ethanol fireplace for your cocooning evenings. The two large fixed windows will also offer you a panoramic view of the mountains (Beaufortain massif).

🍽️ A dining room bathed in light at lunchtime where you can enjoy the panoramic view, it also offers direct access to the garden thanks to the large bay window.

🥘 A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, pierrade, wine cellar.
It opens onto the dining room, around an island with high stools for sharing family moments while cooking.

Located in the village of Macôt-La Plagne where you will find a Proxi mini-market (open 7/7), a bakery, a restaurant/bistro, Library, tennis courts, skate park, football stadium... - All within walking distance from the chalet.

In winter 🏔️ PGJyPg�PGJyPgJust 9 km (10min) from the ski lifts of the La Plagne - Paradiski ski area. Large free parking & equipment rental (Skiset) - LA ROCHE) ⛷️

12 km (15min) from the start of the Bobsleigh track

4 km from - Aime la Plagne where you will find all the local shops as well as a Leclerc supermarket, the SNCF-TGV and bus station.

The chalet is located on the main road leading to the resort of La Plagne, but also allows access to the surrounding ski areas:

- LES ARCS: 12 km (20min) from BOURG SAINT MAURICE - departure of the funicular that leads to Les Arcs 1600.

- TIGNES / VAL d'ISERE about 1 hour

- LA ROSIERE 45 min

- LES MENUIRES / VAL THORENS about 1 hour

- MÉRIBEL / COURCHEVEL 40 min

No shuttle service from the chalet.
🚌 Free shuttles are 6 km from the chalet (Hamlet; LES CHARMETTES), they run every hour (in winter) for easy access to the village resorts of La Plagne.

In summer ⛰️

5 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot), the Gotthard lake and the Versants d'Aime leisure centre offer several children's playgrounds, water games, sports fields (volleyball, basketball, petanque), barbecue, picnic tables, trampoline ....

2 min drive (15 min walk) from a Rafting base offering descents on the Isère and the Cycle path (greenway) linking Aime to Bourg Saint Maurice, Pump Track, Football stadium, Basketball court ...
