We had an amazing stay in Chalet Honka. It was very well equipped and very spacious. All the beds were made on arrival and there were plenty of towels. The chalet is situated in a superb location just minutes from La plagne centre. Many thanks

Epic chalet in a beautiful ski area

Super house. Spacious , very nice amenities. Kitchen layout and cooking devices are top notch. Really a very nice house. Special shout out to the guardians of the house, approachable, responsive and generally nice helpfull and friendly people. Nice walking options to La Plagne centre and all in between. Can ski in and out. But need snow and some experience. Bus connections are good. You will enjoy it here.100%

Not Ski In / Ski Out

The chalet was lovely but a proper hike to get to it. The listing is very misleading when it says 1 min walk or ski in / ski out. You have to do a walk to and from the bus stop which is a hike after a day skiing. Or a long walk through the woods in the dark which is 20 minute walk as the bus only comes once an hour. It was a surprise that we had to make our own beds when we got there with sheets and duvet covers that dont fit!! Plus there was a lack of basics thatbyou would expect in a nice chalet like this such as toilet rolls! When it was leaving day, the cleaner or host was one if the rudest woman i have met. She actually messaged us in the morning to tell us to put the laundry on for her for all the bedding before she arrived! We were all gob smacked. She tried to kick us out at 9.30am even though the vooking listing says 11am. We stayed untill 10.55am whenthe taxis come. Overall - great chalet but wrong location for a family holiday. Spend a bit more and get closer to the lifts, bars, restaurants and shops etc.

Property is clean and spacious and the view is stunning! Kitchen and dining area have all the essentials to make your stay homely. Chalet is not ski in ski out as advised on site, would need to walk down to nearest slope / get the bus. However the stay was still good and would reccomend

Great property, poor VRBO description!

The property is fantastic, HOWEVER:1) It isn’t ski in/out (at least a 300m walk before you ski through trees to the slopes to get to a red run. We had to drive every day and we’re experienced skiers!2) The room configuration is NOT what is on the website (actual configuration is three doubles, one single, one room with two bunk beds). This made our lives hard as we had told children which rooms they would be in, based on description. We did have a couple of issues while staying, but they were fixed VERY QUICKLY. The owner (local contact) were excellent.

Charmante chalet met een goede ligging. Mogelijkheid om na 100m te stappen rechtstreeks naar de piste te skiën. Bij terugkeer van het skiën wel nodig om bochten opwaarts te stappen naar chalet, maar dit is natuurlijk geweten op voorhand. Steeds goed en vlot contact met zowel de eigenaar als de uitbaatster mogelijk. Chalet heeft alle nodige basisvoorzieningen en is goed onderhouden.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, aanrader! Fijn contact met eigenaren die flexibel waren in onze wensen. We hebben we bus moeten nemen (3 minuten lopen) omdat er te weinig sneeuw lag om naar beneden te skiën. Ook via pad naar Arc1800 gelopen (circa 10 min), wel met ijzers onder onze schoenen omdat het glad was.

La Plagne est géniale

Chalet très grand et parfait pour notre famille. Par contre plusieurs petits hics : impératif d’avoir des pneus neige ou des super chaînes pour la voiture sinon on ne peut pas accéder au chalet, literie et vaisselle pas très propres, impossible de partir skier les skis aux pieds sauf si très bon skieur. Mais ne pas oublier qu’il faut revenir et qu’il faut tout grimper. Le plus facile est d’aller à la station en voiture mais prévoir le paiement du parking tous les jours. Je pense que l’annonce devrait vraiment tout indiquer
