Apartment "Les Dolomites" with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Les Dolomites is a spacious triplex apartment of 120 m². On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace (firewood provided), a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and private shower, a mezzanine (ceiling height under 1.80 m, with two single beds 80 x 190 cm for children only), separate toilets, and a laundry room.



The second floor, reached by a staggered-step staircase, has a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in shower on the landing, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet.



On the third floor, there’s a converted attic with a single bed and a double bed, plus a private bathroom with multi-jet shower and toilet. The apartment offers a balcony-terrace and three south-facing balconies. A professional boot dryer and a private ski locker are at your disposal. One private parking space for a standard car is available in the shared covered garage (in the chalet’s basement). One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Cleaning is included, but kitchen cleaning is your responsibility.



Enjoy mountain slope views from every bedroom and the living room. Bed linen and towel rental is available for an extra fee. Please inform the owner at least one week in advance to arrange this service.



Le Saboïa is a family chalet with six apartments, located in the heart of Montchavin’s old village. Les Dolomites welcomes you to a natural setting of forests and meadows. With its cozy stone-and-wood atmosphere, sunny terrace, and central location near all shops, you’ll feel right at home. The chalet is ski-in accessible.
