The residence is only a few minutes away from Majanicho, a charming little fishing village with a white sandy beach. You will also be just a few minutes from the best spots for surfing, wingfoiling, and kitesurfing.

THE SPACE :
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, etc.

Two bedrooms overlooking the garden (each with two single beds) share the first bathroom on the ground floor, and there is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed, its own bathroom, and a terrace to admire the sunset.

The house also has an office as well as ultra-fast WiFi (fiber optic), ideal for remote workers.
