"La plataforma me cobro por adelantado el 100% cuando llegue el hotel, no tenía ni idea de esta reserva, me dijeron que era demasiado raro por que ellos no tenían inscrito el hotel en niguna plataforma y ni siquiera me ofrecieton alojamiento.
