Cozy & Quiet Living at the Cookie Cottage

Welcome to the Cookie Cottage! This is the perfect place to disappear from the busy world for a bit. This home is so special to me and I am happy to be able to share it with you. Located in the small town of La Moille, IL - population 700. It's a 2 bedroom with so much vintage charm. Updated in all the best ways with all new beds, bedding, 43 inch Smart TV, Ring Camera, wifi thermostat and 2 - Echo Dots. Surrounding towns offer entertainment, restaurants and more with just a short drive. Toys & games for kids as well as a pack n play if needed!

*we have a ring doorbell camera on the front door and back deck of the property*

*If you have dogs with you MUST clean up after them inside and out and never leave them unattended unless they are safe in a crate/kennel.
No smoking, no parties, no loud noise/music after 9pm. No illegal activity of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. No undisclosed guests.
Please do all dishes and tidy up the space. You do not need to strip the beds. Place all used towels in the tub. Respect the space, please.

The house was the perfect size for my two kids and I. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house felt very home-y and the kids loved all the books, toys, and the rock painting. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.
